"Drove to the north side for a cut and to get Crew Shampoos BOGO with a service. Well after 30 minutes wait I went back for a cUT and found they were out of most Crew Shampoos. What a waste of my time and no offer made to fix things. Rosa wasn't rude about things even though I opted for a later cut so left without a cut after waiting 30 minutes. Rosa did apologize and offered me a sincere, "have a good remainder of your day." I did remark about the waste of time but she was cool. As I was leaving Kelly shouted out from the back area " have a nice day." Kelly was well aware of the situation seeing how she was 5 ft away, yet choose to make this remark knowing I didn't get the products or services I wanted. Perhaps she thought it funny. I'm not laughing."

"Most of the long term staff apparently quit. I’ve been there twice since then and both haircuts were sloppy. I won’t be returning."

"Went to this location for the first time, have been to other Sports Clips, and numerous barber shops, but this was the best cut I have gotten in a very long time, I think it all comes down to the individual hairstylist, Molly did a brilliant job and I will be returning back!"

"The place is under new management. I had the opportunity to speak and get a haircut with Sharon. She's a nice lady. Her and the other young lady working that morning were chatty, chatty, chatty. But of course in a good way. Good conversations. It almost reminded me of episodes from the movie Barber Shop. I go every 2 weeks and am looking forward to my next trim. I have to say it was probably the best haircut i've had. Very detailed. Very professional. Worth the MVP treatment."

"My boyfriend went in for a haircut. They gave him a wonky line a bad fade.. It was a really funky haircut. he hated it. he came home upset. and had to go pay for another haircut! And when we tried to call their phone number. it has no professional voicemail. no one answered... It was a terrible experience. why would you give a clean cut guy a designed haircut?"

"Was running errands with the BF and stopped here for him to get a quick trim. He said it was his best haircut experience in a long time and is very pleased with how it turned out. He was a walk-in but there was practically no wait which was perfect. The shop was clean and inviting. I know he plans on making this his new go-to place! Thanks for making him look so good!"

"Molly is new to this location but I HIGHLY recommend having her cut your hair, you will not be disappointed. Molly absolutely nailed it! As of recent this location has had massive turn over (I have been going to this location for 3+ years) As I am very particular about my hair and was worried one of the new stylists would chop my fragile wig strands. I was super happy with how things turned out, so thanks again Molly!"

"Too much turn over for the hair stylists. New person almost every time I go. My favorite typically isn't scheduled when I can get my haircut or maybe she doesn't work there any more. This last visit my new stylist just didn't listen to what I wanted. She seemed distracted. I like my hair longer than most men and she cut it way too short. I asked for 3/4" cut off and it was more like 2" in back for some reason. Asked for scissors only cut and to leave side burns alone but she got out the trimmer and hacked them off at an angle. My hair hasn't been this short in years. I will find a new place where I can make appointments with the same person every visit."
